McLaren has confirmed that it will reveal its all-new Honda-powered MP4-30 on January 29.
The team confirmed in a tweet on Friday morning that its 2015 challenger will be revealed online ahead of the first pre-season test in Jerez.
“The new era begins,” read the team’s tweet. “Introducing the #McLarenHonda #MP430. Launching online 29 January 2015. See it here first.”
Fernando Alonso will join Jenson Button at McLaren in 2015, while the team welcomes back former engine partner Honda.
McLaren is the first team to confirm a full 2015 car launch, with Force India set to present its new livery in Mexico on January 21.
