Lotus reserve driver Jolyon Palmer will get two further runs for the team at the Spanish Grand Prix and post-race test.
Palmer, who drove in practice in both China and Bahrain, will get behind the wheel of the Lotus E23 during opening practice at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Friday.
He will also drive on the second day of the two-day post-race test at the Spanish circuit.
“I am really pleased to be back in the car for Barcelona,” said Palmer.
“It is nice to be back at the track, having already driven the car there in the official pre-season test back in February.
“After a three-week gap since Bahrain, I’m already looking forward to starting the weekend.”
